FAQs

What's for dinner?!

Guests will enjoy appetizers of caramelized pear canape and crab cakes followed by a family style dinner that includes a summer raspberry salad, Macrina bakery bread and butter, your choice of Sicilian chicken thighs or Vegan polenta points with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables!

What should I wear?

Your fanciest Paris attire! Or a something casual and sporty! We're in the sports and recreation industry and, while we're emphasizing the Paris night as a celebration of the Paralympic spirit, we want everyone to be comfortable. To that end, dress for the evening in any attire that represents that Paralympic spirit to you!

What should I expect?

This year, Seattle Adaptive Sports is focusing on building community, fellowship, and extending gratitude. We want to bring our supporters together as we collectively celebrate the 2023-2024 season - a HUGE year for our organization, and build excitement for what's ahead. You will hear from engaging speakers, and participate in any of our FUNdraisers that you'd like - such as casino games, our live and silent auctions, or our exciting dessert dash! The night always flies by, so be sure to take photos, enjoy music by DJ Non-Prophet and connect with our community!

What is the parking situation?

There are 4 paid parking lots at the Fremont Foundry starting at $7 - one directly north, one northeast, one east and the other to the southeast of the building. The east and southeast lot each have 1 dedicated accessible spot.

There is ample street parking in Fremont as well.

Fremont Foundry...where do I go?

Our event will take place in the Fremont Foundry (the whole building)! The entrance is on N 35th street and there are multiple paid parking lots in the area and free street parking. For those that may need a more accessible entrance, please contact info@seattleadaptivesport.org for more details on where to park and how to access the facility. Please note there are restrooms on level 1 and level 2 of the Foundry and we ask all guests that are able to climb stairs to use the facilities on level 2. Another note is there is a small courtyard and elevator outside to the second floor. Please dress appropriately if you intend to go outdoors during the evening.
